We are currently implementing a security system which will allow in

cident notifications to be sent out to all stakeholders requiring such notifications. This new system will supplement the current system which requires all security staff to keep a log of all incidents and to notify line management of such incidents. All site visits are signed for in the Occurrence Book (OB) indicating the date and time. This book is kept on site and therefore can be inspected by the client.
