TRANSFORMATION: to increase the participation of black tourism enterprises in the tourism industry by focussing on skills development, procurement, enterprise development and preparation for ownership. ILITY: to stimulate innovative demand-driven small product development, coupled with the development of growth strategies for long-term viability.
