We have project managed various prestigious residential property developments in the many different suburbs of Cape Town and continue to do so on a daily basis. Combined we have 25 years of experience in project management and administration, involving property developments and engineering, as well as 10 year

s in the steel industry. We are also now launching a Products Range for interior home decor enthusiasts. We offer a wide variety of building services from small repairs and maintenance to large extensions, building renovations and new buildings.While our years of experience and expertise in the building industry and project management mean we can tackle even the largest contracts with complete confidence, we are also equally adept at handling the smaller, more particular, exclusive jobs. As for our product sector- we supply home owners with timeless, trending items to add style and modernity to their homes. We have many years of experience in the interior design industry and have been actively exposed and part of many design events. These include manyears of Design Indaba in Cape Town, 100% Design SA in Johannesburg as well as some international expo’s. We have observed what national and international markets find to be trending, and we do our best to make it available to South Africans. Currently, our theme for Winter encompasses glassware, furniture, wood and succulents. Our collection of items can all be ordered through our website. This cement pool presented us with a real challenge.
Access to the backyard was only through the front door! That's 294 wheelbarrows of earth that had to be carted out through the house!
And tons of cement wheelbarrowed in.

First photo shows the space available for the 3x2.5m pool.

A slab is cast with reinforcing steel, then a cavity wall constructed to hold the poured concrete.

The inside walls are plastered, left to dry slowly and then coated.

Pavers on the top and fill it up!

Blast from the past! Creative Installations was featured in the 1997 September issue of the Garden and Home Magazine.

This was our first Gazebo and it was so much fun to build. We used Meranti wood with galvanised stub post feet, and coated the structure with Dulux Velvaglo paint.
