We are looking for Retail /General Crew with excellent communication skills and efficiently able to prepare meals and drinks items according to recipe specified standards. Ensure delivery of orders to customers as per Kauai’s customer service standard. You should maintain store cleanliness as per hygiene standards. In this role you will be responsible for: Ensuring that the store operates smoothly by preparing meals timeously, providing customers with exceptional customer experience and maintaining product quality by completing production charts and checklists.

Minimum Requirements:
▪ At least 6 month’s previous experience in a similar role
▪ Minimum Grade 10
▪ Ability to read and write English (Oral and written)

We are looking for an experienced Retail / Store Manager with leadership skills; excellent communication skills and most importantly knowledge and experience of how to manage employees and the store operations, within a restaurant environment. In this role you will be responsible for: Ensuring that the store operates smoothly, providing customers with exceptional customer experience and maintaining product quality and stock control. Ensuring legal compliance and acting as communication liaison between company, staff, and suppliers. General store staff management which includes interviewing, hiring, and training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Ensure compliance with all standards, policies and procedures by all store staff.

Minimum Requirements:
▪ Grade 12
▪ Relevant Tertiary Qualification will be an advantage (Degree, Certificate, Diploma)
▪ Minimum 1-year previous restaurant or retail related management experience
▪ Fluent in English (Oral and written)
▪ Computer literate (MS Office Suite)
▪ Own reliable transport
