Afri-Unique Travel Africa Beckons: Embrace the Spirit of Adventure and Let Your Dreams Take Flight!

We serve the discerning traveler who seeks customized tour and destination management arrangements, be it in the vacation, safari, leisure travel, golfing or business arena. Our service to you extends throughout southern Africa up to Zambia and Mauritius. Whatever your travel dreams or objectives; from 3 star to "super de Luxe", we have the skills, relationships and resources, to meet your require

ments. A final itinerary is only offered after you have considered our suggestions and we have discussed matters with you. Every facet of the journey will be managed; from collection at the airport, to transfers, hotel or safari lodge bookings and activities. We pride ourselves in our versatility and aspire never to be type cast as just another one of those corporate type operations that offer cookie-cutter tours, supervised by people who frankly hardly remember your names. As an example, Afri-Unique offers a special tour for "artists who wish to do an excellent course", run by two of South Africa's top artists in a quaint village near Cape Town ......to which we can of course stitch any number of additional options such as wine tasting, whale watching, tours of the Western Cape and perhaps even a safari further afield. We pledge, that where ever possible, we shall try to limit your exposure to places or events, that have become jaded by the scourge of tourist fatigue. Afri-Unique is a family business, where the owners are actively involved and dedicated to your well being and needs. We shall ensure that your trip in southern Africa turns out to be a memorable experience and a holiday of a lifetime.

The quiver tree can be found in northwestern South Africa and the arid South of Namibia. This solid looking tree does not quiver but was given this name in the 17th century as the San Bushmen used it to fashion quivers. Interestingly, the quiver tree also isn't a tree. It's an aloe, a type of succulent plant.
