Dear Stakeholders,
As part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing the passenger experience and maintaining an orderly arrivals environment, a dedicated waiting area has been established in the CTB Arrivals Hall for chauffeured services, VIP collections, and meet-and-greet representatives.
The designated waiting area is situated behind the passenger seating area and is equipped with four digital display screens (two on each side), which will be used to showcase advertisements for your chauffeured services.
We kindly request that you communicate this arrangement to all drivers, chauffeurs, and meet-and-greet representatives operating on your behalf.
Effective Monday, 13 July 2026, no drivers or meet-and-greet representatives will be permitted to wait or stand along the main barricade in the Arrivals Hall. All personnel awaiting arriving passengers must do so from the designated waiting area provided.
This requirement will be strictly enforced by Airport Security to ensure that the area directly in front of the arrivals doors remains clear, sterile, and accessible for arriving passengers.
We appreciate your cooperation and support in implementing this initiative and ensuring a seamless experience for all airport users.
