Something fiery is coming to the valley!

On 31 October, Homegrown Fire officially launches bringing an unforgettable afternoon of fire, food, music and family fun.

Leading the flames is legendary South African bush cook Justin Bonello, known for taking cooking out of the kitchen and into the great outdoors, where food, fire and good company come together.

Expect live fire cooking, incredible food, live music from 17:00, kids’ entertainment and plenty of good vibes — with the feast ending in a slow-roasted Asado-style lamb. 🥩🔥

For more than 20 years, runners and communities from near and far have come together in Ceres for a morning of running, fun, friendship and memories.

After the storm that hit our valley in May, the 21 km route unfortunately won’t be going ahead this year. But the spirit of the event continues!
