Impari Safari

Impari Safari We do SAFARI differently. Wir tun SAFARI anders. Teemme SAFARI eri tavalla. www.imparisafari.co.za Impari Safari is a small, family-run organization.

If you have questions before or during your program, we are easy to reach and eager to help. Integrated into our language courses is a taste of Community Service & Cultural Exploration, in the context of South Africa's natural beauties. An essential component of our program is passionate engagement with the world – an experience that goes far beyond looking out the window of a tour bus. We offer

an unusually diverse range of opportunities to our students – preparing them for what we hope will be a longer stay with one of the many NGOs we partner with. These include destinations seldom visited, and interesting, uncommon activities in familiar locations. We take pride in our careful, thorough preparation and attention to detail. Students get an insider’s view of some of the country’s most interesting places and cultures by actively participating in engaging and challenging experiences, rather than being passive observers. They broaden their perspectives, build on their talents, learn new skills, engage with local people, and come to understand themselves and their own culture better. We were asked yesterday if there are two different giraffe (sub)species in Etosha National Park, Namibia. Hm, you could think so, when looking at this photo, but it is all within the 'normal' range of colour and pelage variation within the Angolan giraffe. Thank you Bruce Arnold for sending us this image.
