TITANIC CHALLENGE WEATHER UPDATE 🏃‍♀️

With the 5th SPAR Titanic Challenge Trail Run just around the corner, we know everyone is keeping a very close eye on the weather forecast!

At the moment, Saturday is looking cool and cloudy, with a chance of showers later in the day. Temperatures are expected to be around 10°C in the early morning, reaching approximately 18°C during the day.

We are watching the weather closely and, at this stage, we have no safety concerns for our runners. Conditions can still change over the next few days, particularly with the weather expected on Friday, so our team will continue monitoring the forecasts and the conditions on the trails.

If anything changes that could affect the safety of the event, we will communicate this with you as soon as possible.

For now… get those shoes ready, bring something warm for the start, and let's get excited for Titanic Saturday! 🧡🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

Mark your calendars - the annual Clarens Basaar & Kontreifees returns on Saturday, 26 September, at the NG Church in Main Street, from 9:00 to 13:00.

Come hungry: think melt-in-your-mouth kerk-tannie pannekoek, decadent cakes and treats, boerewors, sizzling braaivleis, and games for the whole family. Everything a proper basaar should be... and then some!
