Our villa boasts 4 spacious bedrooms, each with a King-size bed and double sleeper, en-suite facilities including a spa bath, double shower, and basin. Enjoy modern amenities like Aircon, underfloor heating, and electric blankets. Perfect for up to 8 adults and 4 children, or 4 couples. For bookings, weekends require a minimum 2-night stay, while public holidays and long weekends range from 3 to 5

nights. Rates are per night, with additional charges for extra guests. Children aged 3 and above pay adult rates. We strictly accommodate a maximum of 12 guests and do not allow pets or day visitors. Check-in is from 2 pm, and check-out is by 10 am. A 50% deposit is required to confirm bookings, with the balance due 21 days before arrival. We accept direct payments via EFT . Rates for Jan 2024 - Jan 2025:

1-8 guests: R 7126 per night
Additional guests: R 280 per person per night
• General Weekends (Friday & Saturday Night):
1-8 guests: R 6590 per night
Additional guests: R 280 per person per night
• General Weekdays (Sunday to Thursday):
1-8 guests: R 4158 per night
Additional guests: R 280 per person per night
• General Weekdays (Monday to Wednesday):
1-2 guests: R 1980 per night
Additional guests: R 363 per person per night

All bookings include daily cleaning, firewood, WiFi, DSTV, and essential amenities. We provide bedding, towels, detergents, spices, and toiletries. Additionally, guests enjoy access to mountain biking routes, hiking trails, and a swimming pool at the Villa. Located near Clarens Golf Course Estate, our villa offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains and easy access to the charming town of Clarens. Come join Kåho Stargazing this week for a beautiful full moon hike on Thursday the 17th Oct, come cloudy or clear skies, the energy will still enhance your whole being. We are very excited to share a new venue for stargazing & more to unfold…watch this space!

There will also finally be visibility of the Tsuchinshan-ATLAS comet from the 15th, and so far, Friday's weather looks like it will be incredible for this experience.
