These two bikes are so much alike but so different. The one on the right, 950 S with 245mm suspension travel. The one on the left however, 950 also with 990S (²⁶⁵mm travel) suspension fitted. My first ride on it, I was quietly surprised on how it handles, not that there's anything wrong with the 245mm, it handles everything with ease.
The bike on the left just feels easy somehow, effortless when you push it. This past weekend I had a short ride on it (let's call him, the tall one), and I was blown away again.
At one stage I was well over the 140kph mark, but I didn't feel like I was out of my comfort zone because the bike or the suspension for that matter, was simply, not bothered with the terrain.
The tall one is set on standard setting, and shorty a bit stiffer but not by much but I did have a progressive spring done on shorty.
These bikes are simply amazing.
