The impressive 2-Room-Apartment, located in the upper floor of our 2017 constructed guesthouse, contains a spacious lounge with big dining table, TV-corner and open-plan kitchen. It leads through a big glass sliding door onto a nice balcony and next to the kitchen into a beautiful bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

The TV-corner is fitted with a 55" Smart-TV (connected to the Internet), sleeper-couches and a coffee table. The kitchen is fitted with top-class appliances, e.g. fridge/freezer-combo and induction-stove, and all items needed for proper cooking. The balcony is fitted with outside furniture and the sufficient UV-Heater invites the guests to stay outside for longer at our wonderful summer nights here in Constantia.

The bedroom has got a king-size-bed (extra length) with two separate high-quality mattresses, side tables, dressing table and a solid wooden wardrobe (carpenter-made) and is “en-suite” with its bathroom (walk-in shower, bath tub, cabinet). AirCon-System in lounge and bedroom.

Our guests do have access to the lush garden with solar-heated 45sqm swimming pool and park their car off-street in the courtyard behind the big gate. The entire property is nicely illuminated at night (inside and outside lights) and secured by an alarm system which is connected to an armed response company.

We are not depended on the communal water-supply-system and are using our own water for garden, swimming pool and other needs. Hot water heated by a sufficient heat-pump and supplied to kitchens and bathrooms via energy-saving ring main. Grey water is diverted into the garden and sprayed over flowerbeds. We take part on the South African recycling-system.
