Never discourage/undermine young people starting their business instead give them support and help them achieve their business goals. Remember that they starting that particular business for a very good reason and they want to see that business big one day and create job opportunities for a youth out there that are jobless. It is funny that most of the people who discourage young people when they're trying to start their own thing are people who are jobless, hopeless just living to discourage those who are trying to change their life's and other people's life. Young black entrepreneurs never allowed to be undermined, never allowed people to say you "can't" when you believe you "can" just keep on believing in yourself and be strong everything is possible.

Black people won't support you while you struggling trying to make your business better, but just when your business is successful and making profit they will then want to be close to you and give you fake support so that you will hire them. And then by that time you won't be interested on their support, then they will start saying "You think you are now better then us, ususivalela ngaphandle and usuyazitshela "
It is simple support a hustler from the start he/she won't close doors for you once he/she has achieved his goal or successful.
