So thrilled to get such positive feedback from our clients. We had a short window to put this itinerary together which was originally to Uganda but due to the Ebola crisis we pivoted to Rwanda and our clients were delighted!

One of the highlights of the trip was experiencing the incredible variety Rwanda has to offer. After returning, my boss mentioned how happy he was with the decision to stay within Rwanda rather than splitting time between multiple countries. The country offered an amazing diversity of experiences without the added stress of constant travel days.
A special mention goes to Bosco, who was nothing short of remarkable. In a role where timing, organization, and communication matter immensely, he was consistently early, professional, knowledgeable, calm under pressure, and incredibly accommodating. My boss has worked with guides and trip ambassadors around the world and described Bosco as one of the best he has ever encountered. His ability to balance professionalism with warmth and friendliness made a huge impression.
From my side, coordinating the trip was refreshingly straightforward because your team handled details proactively and adapted seamlessly to last-minute adjustments and planning changes. That level of responsiveness is invaluable.
