Umhlanga Shades 41 is a beautiful newly renovated fully furnished self-catering apartment and is conveniently situated across the road from the main swimming beach and has great sea views from the balcony. The 2nd floor apartment has 2 bedrooms, the main has a large Queen bed and the other bedroom has 2 single beds. The new clean bathrooms have a bath and shower respectively. This Umhlanga beachfront accommodation unit has air conditioning. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a large fridge/freezer and washing machine. There is also a communal laundry in the building with tumble dryers. The lounge comes with a comfortable lounge suite and leads on to the balcony with a gas braai where you can relax and enjoy the view of the sea. The flat screen wall mounted TV comes with Netflix and wifi in the apartment. You have the use of the communal gardens and braai facilities. This unit has designated undercover parking for one car and ample visitors parking in the grounds. Cleaning service provided Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Linen, bath towels and initial toiletries as well as cleaning chemicals, refuse bags etc. are placed in the apartment. You will need to bring your own beach towels with you.

This comfortable fully furnished, 3 bedroom Umhlanga self-catering apartment is spacious and comes with an open plan kitchen that has a washing machine and tumble dryer and a breakfast bar that opens onto the living area. The lounge has a screen TV equipped with DSTV. The apartment has a huge balcony with stunning sea view.

The 3 bedrooms are tastefully decorated with built in cupboards. The main bedroom and the other 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds. There are 2 bathrooms (main en-suite & family) with a bath and only the m.e.s has a shower. This Umhlanga beachfront accommodation unit has a built-in braai facilities on the patio right in front of the building.

The Umdloti promenade runs in front of the building. Sorjente is a secure complex and there is a dedicated parking for 2 vehicles - one in the undercover garage and the other in the open parking area. Cleaning service provided Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

This well appointed 2 bedroom Umhlanga self-catering apartment boasts 2 bathrooms (both en-suite). The second bedroom can sleep 3 ( 1 double and 1 single bunk bed).

The main bathroom has a modern double shower and the second bathroom has a bath/shower enclosure in one. The unit comes equipped with many mod cons including ducted air-conditioning, wall mounted TV with DSTV premuim and granite counter tops in the kitchen.

The complex is across the road from the beach and the spacious, sunny balcony gives lovely vistas of Umhlanga and the Indian Ocean. You have the use of the single lockup garage and a communal pool with lovely gardens.
