A newly renovated Beach front Holiday self-catering Apartment in South Beach, Marlborough Court situated exactly four blocks south of the Holiday Inn South beach. A walk along the 6-km promenade, from Suncoast Casino to uShaka Marine World.

The apartment consists of one bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and shower, a fully equipped kitchen and an open-plan living area with two sleeper couches. This apartment can accommodate a maximum of four adults. Guests need to please bring their own towels and toiletries.

South Beach lies close to Durban's trendy Point area, now a revived development of waterways and upmarket shops. Point Yacht Club still hosts several races and regattas throughout the year from the sea side. The beach is wonderful for swimming, being partial to swells and less stormy weather during summer.
