The Chickpea, Goats Cheese & Parmesan Fries with truffle aioli and, I’m not exaggerating, the best smoked ketchup I’ve ever had. Honestly, could’ve ordered a bottle to take home.

And the mains held their own: Grilled Tandoori Linefish served with coconut roti, mango atchar, tandoori extraction, fried aubergine and Indian-style pickled pear. Bold, layered, and seriously memorable.

And the details… signature napkins, branded touches, that subtle American diner feel — but reimagined, refined, and undeniably cool.

We kicked things off at Local Day at DHL Stadium, before easing into a second day of meetings with a choice of sunrise adventures, thanks to 🏍️

Experiencing Cape Town dynamically and immersively, outdoor wellness and ice baths to early morning rides and a networking breakfast, all leading into a secret sunrise and silent disco.

From cycling to buggy rides, sidecars and more, all smiles, great energy!

Yesterday marked World Leopard Day — and honestly, we’ll take any excuse to share some of the many moments our team on the ground has been lucky enough to witness with these magnificent cats on safari 🐆

Here in South Africa, we’re incredibly spoilt. Leopard sightings happen more often than you’d expect — but no matter how many times you see one, it never loses its magic. That quiet confidence, the way they move, completely in control… we could watch them forever!

They’re elusive and solitary by nature, yet in private concessions, sightings can be nothing short of extraordinary. True masters of their environment, leopards are great climbers — often hoisting their kills high into the trees to keep them safe from scavengers like hyenas and lions.

Wild, intelligent, and endlessly captivating…
