Monday reminder: Breath! & Work steadily. Stress will actually make you sick. 🌤️

Your body doesn't know the difference between a real threat and a stressful inbox. It reacts the same way either way: cortisol rising, muscles tensing, your whole body bracing for danger that usually isn't actually there. Do that daily for years, and it adds up. Chronic workplace stress is linked to real physical consequences, not just a bad mood you shake off by Friday.

Here's the part worth sitting with. You are replaceable at work. Someone else can eventually do your job. You are not replaceable at home, to the people who need you rested, present, and actually well. Protecting your mind and body at work is protecting the version of you that shows up for them.

Not everything that lands in your inbox is an emergency, even when it's framed like one. Most things can actually wait until tomorrow.

You are way more than your job. 💙

When I started my journey on ships , I told the Lord, I only had one place in my heart and mind, and that was Alaska …..over the last 4 years iv seen so many countries and cities that some people only dream of .

And I finally made it to Alaska! 😁🥰….

I have seen the Glacier Marjerie and John Hopkins today.I only yet to set my eyes on the Northern Lights 🙌

Lord I’m ready for something new🤗😍….
