SUNDAY HIGHLIGHTS | THE BLESSED SERIES PART 3: “KEYS TO LIVING THE BLESSED LIFE”- THE ZOE LIFE!! | NIALL CLUR🔑🔑🔑

1. THE KEY CALLED KNOWLEDGE (Refer to notes from last week)

2 Peter 1:3-4 (NKJV)
“as His divine power has given to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him who called us by glory and virtue, 4 by which have been given to us exceedingly great and precious promises, that through these you may be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.”

2. THE KEY CALLED A RIGHT HEART

· What is the right heart?
“A heart that genuinely loves God and is loyal to Him with no hidden agenda or ulterior motives” - Niall Clur

2 Chronicles 16:9 (NKJV)
“For the eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to show Himself strong on behalf of those whose heart is loyal to Him...”

· The Lord is looking for loyal lovers – those who will love Him with their ALL!
· It’s interesting that what moved the Lord the most about David, was not the ability of His hands, but the direction of his affection:

· Before God puts His hand on you, He verifies if your heart is on Him!!
· God is not willing to share the throne of your heart with anyone or anything.
· Guard your heart and its condition.

3. THE KEY CALLED SEEK FIRST

Matthew 6:33 (AMPC)
“But seek (aim at and strive after) first of all His kingdom and His righteousness His way of doing and being right), and then all these things taken together will be given you besides.”

· We are not only ordained to just serve in the Kingdom – we are ordained to prioritise the Kingdom and its interests above all else!
· Those who prioritise God’s Kingdom in this life will be prioritised in this life!
· What you love is revealed by what you prioritise!

❤️ EACH ONE GIVES ONE ❤️

This Sunday, we invite every church partner to bring one non-perishable food item as we continue to be the hands and feet of Jesus in our community.

Some suggested items include:
🥫 Lucky Star Pilchards
🌽 White Star Instant Flavoured Maize Meal
🫗 D'lite Cooking Oil
🥜 Yum Yum Peanut Butter
🍝 Fatti's & Moni's Macaroni or Spaghetti
☕ Huletts Sugar
🍓 Hugo Jam

Of course, any non-perishable food item will be greatly appreciated.

Imagine the impact if every person brought just one item. Together, we can fill cupboards, feed families, restore dignity, and demonstrate the love of Christ in a practical way.

The miracle is often found in what we place in God's hands. One item may seem small, but to someone facing hunger, it can be an answer to prayer.

"Whoever is generous to the poor lends to the Lord, and He will repay him for his deed." — Proverbs 19:17

This week for Staff devotions, Ps Niall shared on a topic titled "What does the season require of me?"

"Life comes in times, and it comes in seasons." - Niall Clur

7 things we need to be aware of:

1. Intentional moments with God:
- What gives your work value is that you walk with God.
- Life does get busier, but we need to become more intentional.
- The more you abide in His presence, the quicker a strategy will come.

2. Sensitivity to the voice of God:
- Do you have a word from God that you are operating with?
- If you are not facing any challenges, you are probably not doing anything significant.

3. You need to know your calling:
- He won’t measure you by what you did but by what he called you to do.
- Everything you do for the kingdom is vital, seen or unseen.

4. A pure heart:
- You will never end up in a significant place if your heart is not right.
- Keep your heart pure towards God and the people around you.
- If you truly loved God, it would be revealed by how you treat others around you.
- The enemy will destroy you by just touching your heart.

5. A guarded tongue:
- Life and death is in the power of the tongue.
- From the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks.
- Gratitude should flow from your mouth.

6. A fixed Faith in Jesus:
- It will keep you in the good and bad seasons.
- If your foundation is not Jesus, you will be sifted.
- Great leaders are born in times of adversity.
- Is your faith in your head or your heart?

7. Love for God and his people:
- If we don’t speak the same language, we will never build anything significant for God.
