This is such a classic combo and you can never go wrong with it😀 mashed potatoes with steak. I seasoned the steak with salt, pepper and robertsons steak& chops fried on high heat for 2minutes on each side and bursted with bbq sauce when and it was done. For the carrots I used butter, cinnamon 1tsp of sugar and let them cooked until soft. Have a great evening ❤️

Simple everyday food, meat balls with stir fry veggies❤️
Recipe: 1 cup of zucchini (cut into thin slices
1 cup store bought julienne carrots
1/4 red pepper(sliced)
1/4 red onion sliced
1tsp steak and chops
1tsp dried oregano
1 tsp garlic and 1tsp ginger
400gm lean minced meat
Method: mix the minced meat with 1 tsp of dried oregano, salt and pepper and make small meat balls. In a separate pan fry the meat balls until they are brown and not cooked through. In another pan fry the veggies for 10 minutes and season with steak&chops(add more salt if it’s needed). Bring the meat balls in the same pan.
Sauce:
In a small bowl mix 60 ml of tomato sauce with 20ml of soy sauce 15ml of water, 1 tsp of corn flour and 15ml of sweet chilli. Beat the sauce together until it’s smooth with no lumps and pour it in pan and simmer for about 10 minutes on low heat. Serve with spaghetti or linguine pasta.

What’s not love about chicken though😀 Recipe:4 chicken breast
1tsp paprika
1tsp salt
Pepper
1/4 cup white cheddar cheese
1 small red onion
Method: slice the onion and fry with oil until soft. Stuff each chicken breast with onion and grated cheese then secure the chicken with a toothpick on the edges. Sprinkle the salt and paprika over meat. In a pan melt two tablespoons of butter and fry the chicken for two minutes on each side then transfer into an oven pan and bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes serve and enjoy with veges of your choice 😊
