✈️ DID YOU KNOW FRIDAY? | PRE-SELECTED SEATING 💺
Did you know that paying to pre-select a seat does NOT guarantee that exact seat?
This is one of the most common frustrations when travelling, so here are a few important things to know:
💺 Pre-selected seating is an additional airline service and is NOT automatically included in your airfare unless specifically stated.
💳 Seat selection fees are charged by the airline and vary depending on the airline, route and seat selected.
⚠️ Even if you have paid for a specific seat, the airline may change it. Aircraft changes, operational requirements, safety considerations or schedule changes can result in passengers being reassigned to different seats.
👨👩👧 Travelling together does not automatically guarantee seats together if seats have not been pre-selected.
✈️ Your travel agent can request and arrange seating, but we do not control the aircraft, seat map or any changes made by the airline.
📱 We also strongly recommend checking your seat allocation again when completing online check-in, as this is another opportunity to confirm whether anything has changed.
