✈️ PRE-SELECTED SEATING – PLEASE TAKE NOTE
When booking your flights, please remember:
⚠️ PRE-SELECTED SEATING IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE QUOTED AIRFARE UNLESS EXPLICITLY REQUESTED.
Purchasing an airline ticket does not automatically mean that you have selected a specific seat on the aircraft.
💺 If you would like a window or aisle seat, prefer a particular area of the aircraft, or would like to sit together with your travelling companions, you need to request pre-selected seating from your travel consultant.
Please keep the following in mind:
• Seat selection may carry an additional charge, depending on the airline, fare type and seat chosen.
• Travelling on the same booking does not guarantee that passengers will be seated together if seats have not been pre-selected.
• If seating is not requested in advance, seats may only be allocated by the airline during check-in.
• Even when you have paid to pre-select a seat, that specific seat cannot be guaranteed. If there is an aircraft change or an operational requirement, the airline may reassign your seat.
• Seat assignments and any changes remain subject to the airline’s operational requirements and policies.
👉 If where you sit is important to you, please request pre-selected seating when making your booking.
Your travel consultant cannot assume that you require specific seats – it must be requested.
