How amazing is this, during lock down, The Kruger National Park is doing two game drives a day, which you and your child can watch live on YouTube. The next drive is at 15h30 - 18h30PM. The morning drive is from 05h30-08.30AM. Rangers have recently discovered a hyena who has 3-4 day old pups which they check on each drive. 🦓🦏🦒🐘

Travel Tips 🛫🛫🛫

Domestic flight check-in closes 45 minutes prior to departure, so don't be late, or you will get left behind.

As passengers tend to miss their flights or fail to cancel their booking when unable to travel, Airlines overbook their flights, to avoid the flights going out with empty seats. However, this can be a problem, especially when everyone booked arrives for their flight and there are simply not enough seats on the aircraft to accommodate everyone that has a ticket! We strongly recommend and advise you to make use of on line check-in, which is open 24 hours prior to departure, to secure your seat! You can then print your boarding pass and simply hand you luggage in at the bag drop counters. Once you have done your check-in, you are guaranteed your seat on the flight. You may receive a few stories at the airport, as to why you don't have a seat on the flight, but overbooking is the problem!

You can also use the self-service kiosks at the airport, if you are unable to do online check-in and then hand your bags in at the Drop Off counters

VISA UPDATE:-

NAMIBIA - BUSINESS VISAS REQUIRED

South African business travellers to Namibia are required to apply for a visa at the Namibian High Commission in Pretoria as part of the country’s new visa regulations.

The processing time is between two and three working days.

A spokesperson for the High Commission told eTNW that all corporates travelling to Namibia for business meetings or to present at a conference in Namibia can apply for a business visa in Pretoria.

Cristina Cicognani, area manager Cape Town for Namibia Tourism, told eTNW however that the Namibian government has now started to clamp down on this requirement and are actively interviewing travellers entering the country. Whereas before corporate travellers often indicated that they would come to Namibia for leisure to avoid the hassle of applying for a business visa, this is now no longer possible, she explained.
