Spring is arriving on the Garden Route — and she's bringing company. 🐋

Right now, southern right whales are making their way along our coastline, and Gouritsmond has a front-row seat. Picture it: a slow morning walk to the beach, a flask of coffee, and the surprise of a spout on the horizon.

The village wakes up gently this time of year. Warmer light, fewer crowds, and the whole Garden Route stretching out to explore.

A proper beach house should work as hard as it relaxes you. 🏡

Ours does. Four bedrooms so nobody fights over space. A kitchen with everything you need — gas stove, oven, dishwasher, and a breakfast island made for slow morning coffee. An indoor braai for when the wind picks up, and a fireplace for the evenings that turn brisk. 🔥

Doors that open straight onto the patio. And the beach? Just across the road.

This is the kind of place you settle into — and struggle to leave.

We told you it was coming together... 😍 Look at this progress!

The new paving is DOWN — the courtyard, the sea-facing terrace, even the walkway along the side of the house. Coastal time paid off: slow and steady, and it shows. Just picture it — morning coffee out here with the lavender next to you and the sea air rolling in 💜

We are just waiting on the final touches now, and then it's reveal time. Almost. There. 🏁
