Settlers Safaris was founded by Murray Crous in 2002. As a child of six years old he was introduced to hunting by his father. Although based in the MALARIA FREE Eastern Cape of South Africa, we hunt throughout Southern Africa and offer 46 species to be hunted including all of the Big 5.

Merle strikes again with a fantastic first shot on a beautiful sable cow. The second shot was just a security shot for it was getting late and we just wanted to keep a constant visual on her in the tall grass of the African plains.We waited more that a hour for the perfect opportunity and as always Merle was quick on the trigger....what a absolute stunning animal!
