Visitors are invited to pick up a rock from the surrounding area and place it on the altar as a symbol of their prayer and contribution for Africa. Over time, each stone becomes part of a growing reminder of the people who have stood there, reflected there, and lifted up their hopes, gratitude, and prayers.
In a world that moves so quickly, this is a place to slow down, be still, and take in the beauty of God's creation.
