More than just wildlife work—it's the memories you take home.

Working with wildlife is an unforgettable experience, but it's so much more than that. It's the friendships you build with people from all over the world, the laughs you share, the challenges you overcome together, and the moments you'll remember for the rest of your life.

The animals may bring us here, but it's the people and the memories that stay with us forever. ❤️✨

Watching this reminds you that true skill is a combination of precision, knowledge, and years of experience.

An incredible display of teamwork by a brilliant pilot and a highly skilled wildlife veterinarian, working together to place each dart with remarkable accuracy. Every perfect shot helps ensure the animal can be safely treated, relocated, or protected with the least possible stress.

Conservation isn't just about courage—it's about expertise, precision, and a deep commitment to wildlife. Hats off to the professionals who dedicate their lives to protecting these magnificent animals.

As we always say, working with wildlife means something new happens every single day - and sometimes the calls we get genuinely make us laugh 🤣

This time it was a young cow that escaped her herd and ended up wandering between the trees on a citrus farm. After two days of the farmers trying to catch her themselves - including using a thermal drone to try and locate her and herd her toward them - we got the call: come dart her and get her safely back to her camp and herd.

We’d just finished a significant amount of sable antelope work that day, so swapping straight into a cattle capture felt a little ridiculous - but it’s exactly the kind of unpredictable, hands-on moment that makes wildlife vet volunteering in Africa so different from a normal day in any clinic. Our vet students had a great time being part of something so far outside the usual routine.
