This gorgeous, wooden family home is located in a green belt in a private beach resort with endless white beaches and abundant coastal fynbos. This lovely family home sleeps a maximum of 6 people. It is available for rent during peak summer season, from mid-December to the first week of January. It has a master bedroom upstairs, a second bedroom with double bed in the apartment downstairs and addi

tional beds in the downstairs living room/guest bedroom. En suite bathroom upstairs with separate guest toilet, full bathroom with shower downstairs. Upstairs bathroom has a shower as well as a generous bath tub with exquisite ocean views. Full kitchen with open-plan living- and dining room upstairs featuring wonderful views over the ocean all the way to Mossel Bay. Kitchenette downstairs with small oven, kettle and bar fridge. Wrap-around deck upstairs, with braai area on the North-facing deck at the back, overlooking the dense greenbelt with beautiful coastal Fynbos and abundant bird life. Alte Prettig is situated in a private beach resort 5 kilometers from the quaint town of Great Brak, which has supermarkets, restaurants, butchers, pharmacy, and a filling station. Approximately halfway between George and Mossel Bay, both being more or less 20 kms away. The area boasts lush, verdant coastal Fynbos and is becoming especially sought-after for bird watching. The famous Botlierskop game farm is nearby, and the towns of Oudtshoorn, De Rust, Wilderness and Knysna are all close enough for a day trip.

Our beautiful seaside cottage is available for rental from 27 December to 1 January. Comfortably sleeps 6 people, main bedroom has an en suite bathroom and downstairs flat sleeps 4, with a full bathroom. Guest toilet upstairs. Beautiful views, abundant birdlife, and a 2-minute walk to the beach. Long, unspoiled beaches with great swimming. 20 minutes from George and Mossel Bay. 5 minutes' drive from the village of Great Brak River, which has great restaurants, Spar and Pick 'n Pay, doctors, pharmacy, etc. DM or WA for info and bookings.

Our beautiful, cozy log cabin is currently still available between 23 and 29 December. A two-minute walk to the long, uncrowded beach at Dwarswegstrand, Alte Prettig boasts beautiful ocean views from the front deck and a vista over the lush, dense coastal green belt from the North-facing deck in the rear. Wheel the Weber around to the front or braai under the shade of the large umbrella at the back. Feel free to WA me for more information and to book.
