“𝙒𝙞𝙩𝙝𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙖 𝙙𝙤𝙪𝙗𝙩, 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙞𝙨 𝙖 𝙝𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙡𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙐𝙜𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙖𝙣 𝙚𝙭𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚!” 🦍🇺🇬

An early start was the order of the day as we prepared for the unforgettable gorilla trekking experience ahead of us!

After around three hours trekking through the lush forest, tracking the gorilla family we found them, a wonderful family of 25! We got to spend a mesmerising hour with these gentle giants, admiring them as they watch us out of the corners of their eyes and just being in awe of them allowing us to be in their presence is pure soul food.

Our guests spent most of the day out in the forest, tracking and spending time with this absolutely beautiful and critically endangered species. A challenging yet rewarding experience.

There is nothing quite like trekking through a forest looking for Chimpanzees in the Kibale Forest National Park. The young ones gave us quite the show, cuteness was the theme of the day!

Our guests have be treated to all the beauty that the Murchison Falls National Park has to offer, including a big five day!

We have had incredible sightings of lion, elephant, rhino, buffalo and the ever elusive leopard! Breathtaking sunsets and sundowner drinks by the campfire, what more could the soul ask for?

𝗧𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸!! 🇺🇬 🦏

We are delighted to be back in Uganda on a 14 day tour, our first tour since Covid-19 hit!

Our first stop was Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary where our guests experienced Rhino trekking on foot and oh what an experience that was! Ziwa is breeding rhino in a natural environment and these rhino will one day be reintroduced back into the wild to help fight against their extinction.

We're thrilled to be soaking up the summer in sunny Cape Town in the company of our two guests at the start of their honeymoon! 🥂👏

Kris and Theresa are on a tailor made beach and bush tour, privately guided by Jo, and it kicked off today in Cape Town. Naturally, first stop is Boulders Beach and the magnificent "Deep South" to see the penguins, Kalk Bay, St James, and ending with some live music and good food. This is just the beginning!

Watch this space. Jo's face says it all - happy to be starting 2022 with special guests!

With bookings starting to come in for all of our 2022 tours (👏🙌) we decided to spend a night away in the Greater Kruger National Park to warm us up for an awesome year of safaris ahead.

We're leaving this tour on the incredible island of Zanzibar where we wrapped up our 16-day trip through Kenya and Tanzania's most prestigious wildlife areas. A bit of a sunset cruise on a dhow, a bit of spice shopping in Stonetown, and some very good vibes all round. We are lucky to have spent this time travelling again, and it feels SO good to be back.

There's no denying the attraction to the Serengeti and Masai Mara - these parks are saturated with sightings and at the time of year when the wildebeest cross the river, the senses are overwhelmed! Incredibly awesome couple of days on safari. Thanks to our guests for taking some photos so I can share!

We are so excited to be travelling again - it's been a while. Six guests, one big overland truck, three countries, 16 days, and millions of wildebeest!

We are currently in the Masai Mara watching the awe inspiring scenes of the migration, and we've already got Lake Naivasha, Hell's Gate National Park, the Great Rift Valley, and Lake Elementaita under our belts, but we've only just begun.

It's good to be back!
