A Zebra harem stares intensively under the cover of a moody sky. Luckily for them their interest was focused on a breeding herd of buffalo as they appeared over the crest of a ridge.

We had a really awesome trip to Kruger National Park recently with guests from Ngama Tented Safari Lodge. It was a day filled with great sightings.

When you choose the right spot to stop and are rewarded with this view! We were extremely lucky to find this male cheetah on a recent Kruger National Park Safari. He was busy trying to defend his kill from vultures but seemed to be fighting a losing battle. He eventually decided to walk to the nearby river bed to quench his thirst. @ Kruger National Park

Yesterday was supposed to start out with a guided bush walk on Guernsey Private Nature Reserve with guests at Ngama Tented Safari Lodge but a pack of 3 wild dogs were spotted close to the lodge. We jumped into the game viewer and went off in pursuit of the wild dogs as they were hunting for some food.

Being such successful hunters, they managed to catch an Impala.

Such a special sighting with such amazing animals.

African Wild Dog pups snuggling up together in the late afternoon while they wait for the adult dogs to return after hunting, hopefully with some meat.
