Ishvara, your tour guide, has been taking people into the inner city on cultural tours for over a decade. Initially, he took students from Prue Leith Chef Academy to learn about exotic ingredients.

This has evolved into taking their friends and family which eventually led to the general public. His unique style is entertaining, informative, and enriching. He lives in the inner city so speaks from personal experience when sharing urban legend and culture. He is globally well-traveled, well-versed in history, language, culture, cuisine, and offers you a one-of-a-kind experience. When he is not doing tours of Africa, The Middle East, and India, he is giving tours of the inner city, Johannesburg, the city that he calls home. ..to explore the Scents of Mayfair..
and learn about the new immigrant communities from
the Middle East and South Asia.

Ishvara will be your guide. He has had years of experience traveling throughout India and the Middle East. Also, one of the first Aromatherapists in South Africa, he has been collecting fragrances for decades from all across the world.
We will learn how fragrances are made and used in people's daily lives.
