Thistle Bakery was first established in 1995 and its owners have a combined 73 years’ experience in the baking trade. Having previously owned the very successful “Fifers Bakery”, Eddie Hind and his son Simon are passionate about their trade. We would like to invite you to our factory shop which is situated at 15 Brussels Road which has a wide range of baked goods ranging from rolls, breads, biscuits and confectionery.
