After completing the paddle or swim, you then transition on to the 20km MTB course that will take you through some amazing scenery across to the Bushmans river and then back again to race central.

Directions to the race venue from the R72:

From the PE side, turn left onto the R343, and drive for approximately 4.2kms, then turn right off the R343 to get to Cob Bay.

From the EL / Port Alfred side, turn right onto the R343, and drive for approximately 4.2kms, then turn right off the R343 to get to Cob Bay.
