South Africa has been named the top wine tourism destination in the world for 2025.

According to a new ranking by Titan Travel, our country earned this prestigious title due affordability, the number of wine tours on offer, and a growing global interest in our wine regions. Portugal secured the second position, while Italy ranked third.

With 279 wine tours and over 16 000 searches for vineyard experiences, the world is turning its attention to the Cape Winelands.

Here's to the people, places, and wines that make South Africa so special.
