**Draughting of building plans**

I hereby wish to introduce Mr.Planman CC to you and the services we offer.

I have been in the draughting business since 1981 and have a vast experience in the drawing of building plans for:

Mr.Planman CC was registered in 2006 and is fully computerized to offer you complete professional drawings for the building trade.

A dwelling designed by Mr.Planman CC was also publisized in the well acclaimed Garden and Home (June 2007) magazine.

Also, with reference to the National Building Regulations and Building Standards Act 103 of 1977, illegal structures mean structures like swimming pools, lapa’s, carports (excluding shade-ports), additions and alterations to existing buildings erected without approved building plans.
