This self-catering house comprises 5 bedrooms of which 2 bedrooms are part of a flat in a bottom section. The main bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower. The second bedroom is equipped with a double bed and the third bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds. The flat downstairs comprise 2 bedrooms, a sharing bathroom, a living room and

a kitchenette. Both bedrooms are equipped with double beds. The house also comprises an open-plan living area and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, stove, oven, fridge-freezer, kettle, crockery and cutlery. The living area has comfortable couches, a TV and a dining room table. Leading out from the kitchen and living area is a spacious wooden deck with an outdoor dining table and braai facilities. The deck offers a spectacular 180-degree view of the ocean

Parking is available in a garage for 1 vehicle, with space outside the unit for another 2 vehicles. The garden is fenced and private. The complex offers guests access to communal facilities such as a large rock type swimming pool and braai facilities as well as a communal entertainment area that can be used. House No.30
