Lucien Beach is one of the most beautiful and immaculate Blue Flag beaches in South Africa on the North end of Margate Beach. It has life guards and shark nets. This fully furnished unit consists of 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, lounge/dining area with aircon a

nd TV with access to the large patio with built-in braai that has beautiful sea views. A fully fitted kitchen with all the necessary appliances and utensils makes catering hassle-free. The main bedroom has a Double bed with en-suite bathroom, aircon and sliding door onto the patio. The second bedroom have 2 single beds. The unit also has a games room with a sleeper couch, TV, PlayStation and Poofs that can sleep an additional two. The complex have a swimming pool, table tennis, darts, jungle gym and communal braai facilities. There is ample covered parking and access control. The unit has beach access to the "Blue Flag" Lucien Beach and is a mere 100m stroll away. Ithaca is close to Supermarkets, Liquor Stores, Butcheries, Doctor's and Pharmacies.
