Free Rides!!

Hey Everyone!!
Thanks again for taking part in our exciting, fantasmicle competition!!
As promised, the doors closed for entry on the 15th.
I know I said I would announce on 15th, so I owe you.
I probably should have let it go longer, but a plan is a plan, so,
The names were hatted and the judges were intoxicated...
(But in a controlled manner) and a name was extracted.
We just need to make sure that all qualifications are met.
So, the winner shall be revealed shortly......
