FHT Project Wildlife: The small carry something powerful!

Quiet, unassuming, yet perfectly designed and full of purpose.

Beauty isn’t measured in size.

Nothing is too small to matter. Nothing is too big to appreciate.

Slow down. Look closer.

Nature never misses the details.

FHT Project Wildlife: Closure of the Safari!

Camp grows quiet. Rifles are cleaned and packed away.
Stories are retold one last time around the fire. Plans are made.

Clients arrive as strangers but they leave as friends!
Bound by shared experience and wild country.

The farewell sadness is brief.
Africa calls us back.

“We do not inherit the earth from our ancestors; we borrow it from our children”.

Until we meet again.

FHT Project Wildlife: The Purpose Beyond the Safari!

“The hunt is more than the taking of the animal; it is an encounter with the land, its creatures, and oneself.”
— Jim Corbett

Sustainable Utilisation is responsibility in action. Strict hunting protocols regarding age, weight and quote analysis.

All meat harvested is fully utilised — By the community and supplied to a rehabilitation centre supporting injured wildlife being prepared for release back into the wild.

Revenue generated from each safari goes directly back into the reserve: anti-poaching operations, ranger training, habitat management, community foundations and long-term conservation initiatives.

This is sustainable utilisation — Where wildlife creates its own protection!

FHT Project Wildlife: The True Essence of the Safari!

The Moments Between.

The true jewels of a Safari are not measure in Inches but in sunrises, fresh tracks, elephant rumbles in the distance, and the silence before the wind shifts.

Every decision in the field is deliberate.
Age selection. Ecological balance. Scientific analyses.

Wildlife thrives because it is valued.

“Conservation without Utilisation is merely preservation. Utilisation with sustainable respect is conservation.”

FHT Project Wildlife: The Start of the Safari

The dust settles. Leather boots hits African Soil.

Excitement!

FHT Project Wildlife: Mufushwa!

Definition “The hair on an eland bull’s forehead, often referred to as a “mop,” “tuft,” or “brush,” is a defining, thick mat of dark hair that grows between the horns and eyes of mature males.”
