🚧 Project Success at Eskom – Limpopo 🚧

Our rope access team, led by Moses Dube, was deployed to an Eskom power station in Limpopo for urgent flue gas ducting repairs.

After our drone inspection revealed welding defects in a hard-to-reach area, our specialists stepped in to:
✅ Remove & replace lagging and cladding
✅ Perform high-quality welding repairs
✅ Conduct MPI (Magnetic Particle Inspection) to verify the integrity of the fix

With a combination of advanced drone tech and skilled rope access NDT practitioners, we delivered a safe, efficient, and on-time solution in a challenging environment.

Concrete coring tests are essential for evaluating the strength and quality of existing structures.

Traditional access methods like scaffolding, cherry pickers etc, are time-consuming and costly. Skyriders offers a faster, safer and more efficient solution for reaching difficult areas and conducting accurate coring.

Project Dundee (Namibia)

A team of six was deployed to Dundee Precious Metals in Tsumeb, Namibia, to support the clearance of a 100-meter shaft. A collision-tolerant drone was utilized to conduct a preliminary survey, assessing the condition and extent of the debris before rope access technicians commenced the clearing operations. The project was successfully executed.
