We’re proud to announce the completion of two interconnected steel structures designed and engineered for our client’s needs.

Client: Natures Garden
Location: Alrode, Alberton
Building Square Metreage: 3000 m²

Building 1 – Main Structure:
-45m x 50m x 8m high (Freespan) steel building
-Roof fitted with 0.5 DARK DOLPHIN IBR C1S sheeting, 7° pitch
-One side and both gable ends closed 3.7m down with 0.5 DARK DOLPHIN IBR C1S sheeting
-BLACK BUBBLEFOIL insulation installed only on the roof
-Internal 3mm M/S gutter with drop box
-Ø300mm downpipes fitted on both gable ends
-Additional 300mm x 200mm CIS gutter with 11 × Ø250mm downpipes
-10 Chromadek horizontal ventilators (2.45m x 600mm) with bird proofing
-Delivered with full engineering drawings and certification

Building 2 – Attached Structure:
-15m x 50m x 8m high extension
-Roof fitted with 0.5 DARK DOLPHIN IBR C1S sheeting, 7° pitch
-One side and both gable ends closed 3.7m down with 0.5 DARK DOLPHIN IBR C1S sheeting
-150mm x 150mm CIS gutter installed
-11 × Ø125mm downpipes fitted
-10 Chromadek horizontal ventilators (2.45m x 450mm) with bird proofing
-Delivered with full engineering drawings and certification

Both structures now stand fully completed, offering robust weather protection, efficient drainage, enhanced ventilation, and long‑span steel durability. A successful project delivered with precision and pride.
