Our beginner group classes set the standard for entry level Strength Training and Yoga. Beginner Yoga and Strength classes focus on isometric holds and slower transition between postures and exercises. This has been proven to be the best foundation for strength, stability and avoiding injury. This may include movements like paused squat variations, planks, warriors, bridges, paused pulls and basic movement patterns in all directions that includes a full body workout with every class. Beginner classes is core, spine, hip and lower body focused.

When movement quality can be maintained throughout a basic beginner class: new movements, loads and techniques are introduced that will prepare the client for a more detailed practice.

Intermediate level training includes better control in Yoga and Strength Training. Stronger Vinyasa flows require better stability, more strength, muscle endurance and mobility. Intermediate level strength training includes basic jumping, essentric loading with kettlebells and powerlifting techniques to train absolute strength. Depending on personal customizations - dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells and bands may be used in our beginner and intermediate strength classes.
