We're looking for a highly organised, meticulous, multi-tasker to fill the role of administrative assistant in our office.

REQUIREMENTS:

Matric minimum requirement, a tertiary qualification in office administration would be an advantage

Highly computer literate – Excel, Word, Internet savvy

Good interpersonal and communication skills – both verbal & written

Excellent organizational skills

Ability to work under pressure and multi-task

Ability to follow instructions, take initiative and deliver quality results

The primary responsibilities for this position include:

Reporting directly to the Owner/Manager and assisting with;
Travel arrangements
Car hire
Hotel and other accommodation bookings
Flights
Transfers
Travel related internet research
Other ad hoc travel requests
Compile and circulate travel itineraries

Must have a valid drivers license and own transport!

Salary: Negotiable dependent on experience
