This year’s event brought together tourism professionals, travel buyers, industry leaders, and passionate storytellers from across Africa and beyond. It was inspiring to see so many people working toward a shared vision of growing tourism through meaningful partnerships and authentic experiences.

For the Phela Moya Tours & Travel team, Travel Indaba was more than an exhibition—it was an opportunity to showcase the rich culture, history, landscapes, and communities that make South Africa such a remarkable destination. From engaging conversations and new business connections to celebrating the diversity of African tourism, every moment reinforced the power of travel to bring people together.

The reception was warm and validating. We thank Free State Tourism, Free State Department of Economic Development and Tourism, and Fezile Dabi District Municipality for creating a conducive tourism business environment that offers our businesses opportunities to thrive.
