There is a deep connection to the ocean that runs through everything we do.

On Earth Day, we’re reminded why that matters.

Named after the French word for whale, La Baleine draws from the presence of these animals and all they represent - movement, scale, stillness, and a deep connection to the ocean 🐋

We’re proud to share Wild Ocean, a body of work by Beverly and Peter Pickford, our neighbours here on the West Coast. Their work captures the power, fragility, and beauty of our oceans, and plays an important role in raising awareness around the protection of these wild, living ecosystems.

Their book can be found and enjoyed during your stay, offering a deeper connection to the ocean that surrounds us. Their artwork lives across our property, quietly echoing what lies just beyond our doors.

Because here, the ocean isn’t just the view, it’s part of the experience.
