If you are not inclined to brave the beach, relax at home on a sun lounger on the wooden deck or recline in a double hammock on the lawn, next to the sparkling salt water pool. This 3-bedroomed (all en suite) house sleeps 6 people and has an open planned kitchen, dining and seating area which opens onto a sun sail shaded patio with an outdoor 6 seater dining suite, built-in braai (BBQ) and a Weber braai (BBQ). The view over the swimming pool and beautiful surroundings is ideal for unwinding and enjoying your holiday. The split-level TV lounge leads out to the outdoor gazebo lounge, lap pool, wooden pool deck and well tended lawn. This is a house for all seasons. Cool in Summer and cozy in Winter with a fire place in the snug TV lounge and wood burning stove in the main living area. Lovely, light filled, tastefully decorated bedrooms. Bedroom 1 (double) enjoys a balcony with distant mountain views, overlooking the salt water lap pool, garden and bird sanctuary reed bed. The large master suite (king) boasts it’s own balcony with expansive views, a dressing room and luxurious bathroom with double vanities, double showers, bath, private toilet and access to the characterful outside shower. Bedroom 3 (double) has it’s own private courtyard garden furnished with comfortable driftwood armchairs and a coffee table. All the bathrooms have quartz carpet flooring and heated towel rails. Due to the mezzanine, balconies and open swimming pool this home is not suitable for small children.
