I am excited to share some amazing developments aimed at improving our service.
📌 1. Call Centre Update:
We have changed our call centre service provider, and the call reception and customer experience have significantly improved.

📌 2. Voucher System for Damaged or Missing Items:
We are implementing a voucher system in your backoffice for all items damaged during transit or missing due to warehouse errors. Once a client submits their invoice along with pictures or a video, we verify the legitimacy of the claim, a voucher will be issued within 10 working days in their back office to use on their next order.
*NB: All outstanding claims for damages or missing items — please note that from the week of 23rd June through July, we will begin loading your vouchers to allow discounts when repurchasing your next stock.*
📌3. New products will be loaded tonight & be live on Saturday 21 June 2025.

It has come to our attention that the Pargo syatem is currently not sending notifications for shipped orders.

We have reported this issue to Pargo, and they are working to resolve the error.

Please note that all orders dated 13 June 2025 and earlier dates have already been shipped. You should receive your orders today, or by Monday/Tuesday next week for areas that are further away or have scheduled delivery days.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

Exciting developments for our distributors🙌🏼🥳 The Perfume Co. Africa is launching more Hubs around Siyth Africa which will contribute to our distributors to make more extra income while assisting the business to deliver the products quickly to our IBOs

Over 120 areas will be added across 5 Provinces...
