Dockside Ale House

We have created the Dockside Ale House to be the official tap and tasting room for Dockside Brewery. Our core focus is on the wide, diverse and exclusive beers we produce, the Ale House allows us to showcase our beers in a comfortable environment. Along with our extraordinary beer we have carefully selected a range of Gin, Wine and Sparkling Wine to accommodate any non craft beer drinkers. The craft beer scene is still in its infancy in South Africa. The aim of the Ale House is to inform, entertain and educate visitors on the intricate styles and flavours of craft beer. We will do this both formally, by hosting beer tasting and pairing evenings, and informally, through us and our knowledgeable staff interacting with our customers. All of our staff spend time working in the brewery in order for them to gain in depth knowledge of our processes and products. We aim to become the undisputed craft beer mecca of the Eastern Cape. We already attract craft beer enthusiasts from all over the world to our brewery. The Ale House is an opportunity to build on this and offer our customers an even better experience.
