We're a group of close friends that train hard together under the instruction of David Breetzke, an amateur MMA fighter. Everyone has a bit of warrior in them. Our training alternates between grappling-focused, and stand-up focused. On grappling days some technique is taught and practiced, and then we roll. On stand-up days we have high intensity striking drills and strength & conditioning training. Our fighters enter local grappling competitions and will be getting into light MMA competitions as well. We would love to visit other grappling/MMA clubs on weekends for some open mat rolling, so coaches please be in touch :)
