Sticking with the kudu ...
This grey ghost had been at the top of Sarah's bucket list for a long time, and he certainly didn't make it easy for us. Long days, plenty of stalks, and a few close calls that slipped away into the thornveld. But persistence pays off, and right at the end we made it happen.
Just look at that smile, it says it all!

Congratulations to Mark on an incredible kudu bull, taken in the rugged Pongola Mountains of Northern Natal! This old grey ghost gave us a real run for our money — slipping away more than once and testing every bit of our tracking skills. But patience, sharp eyes, and relentless determination on the spoor finally paid off.
When the moment came, Mark made it count with a great shot on a truly magnificent bull. This is exactly what hunting in this country is about — the chase, the teamwork, and the reward at the end of a hard-earned bull -recovery was a bitch .
Well done, Mark — a kudu to remember! 🙌

Some hunts stay with you for the animal. This one will stay with us for who was standing together at the end of it. 🇿🇦
Three days on this kudu's trail with a father and son team — Justin made a great shot on this Kudu .
Getting that bull off the mountain was a hunt of its own. No trail, just loose rock and thornbush, and a whole lot of sweat shared between father and son. Proud to have been part of it.
The horns will hang on a wall someday. But the real trophy was that climb down — every step of it, together.

Locked eyes with this magnificent Kudu bull in the Soutpansberg Mountains — talk about a warm welcome to the bush! Those spiraled horns and that quiet, regal stare... he knew exactly how good he looked.

Update from Zambia: the leopard didn't come back to the bait, so we're loading up on more to keep the game going. In the meantime, we took on a massive hippo, what an experience that was. The recovery was no easy task, but we got it done with some great help from local fishermen to get him to the bank. Lots of bait to cut now, let's get it out there.

Some memories are made in a single frame, Others are made slowly, boots up by the fire, watching the flames do their thing while the day settles into a story you'll tell for years.
This is why we do this. Not just for the hunt, but for who you become friends with along the way — the guys who show up as clients and leave as family. Days spent chasing something together, evenings spent doing nothing but sitting back and being grateful for it.
Here's to the friendships this life keeps giving us. More fires, more hunts, more memories in the making.

Another Morning in the Bush

A warm morning in camp as we got busy hanging more baits and checking the camera traps. No hits on the baits just yet, but patience is part of the game!

The bush give us something to smile about though — a beautiful Puku trophy! What an incredible animal and another great trophy .

The adventure continues… and we’re waiting for that first bait hit! 👀
